I am FINALLY finished with the LAST set of Common Core "I can..." Posters. Previously, I made a Kindergarten Math set with visuals, now I have a complete set of Kindergarten Reading/ELA "I can..." kid-friendly learning target posters!!!! YAY! It was a lot of hard work, but the children respond so well to the visuals (especially my students with disabilities:). It is well worth it! I have two files for you to choose from: Polka Dots or the Solid Colors set (for less distraction) - ALL for {

**FREE**}. Hope you enjoy them as much as I will!!! I have a few more items to make before school begins, so I will post those as I finish them:) As always, if you see an error, please let me know so I can correct it - I am only human...LOL!!

Thank you! These are awesome!

ReplyDeleteThese are FABULOUS! Would you mind sharing how you file/organize for easy use? Thanks so much!

ReplyDeletehnullah|@msn.com

thanks Nancy... great question, too - I keep it pretty simple - I have 2 manila folders - one for Math & one for Language. I place them in there with the ones I use the most toward the front. Then, each morning, I pull out the one's I need - I laminate them for reuse. If I find a better way, I will post that:)

ReplyDeleteI am in awe. Will be sure to share them with my K team once we get back to planning. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Amy

Miss A's KindergartenYou Rock!!!

ReplyDeleteLOVE these! I downloaded both the Reading and the Math ones. This will be the first year that we have to post our standards and objectives, to it made my day to find these. And they are cute, too! Do you by chance have the science or social studies common core standards, too?

ReplyDeleteGeorgia's science & ss standards remain the same, not common core - sorry - thanks so much for the sweet comments!

ReplyDeleteKimberlee,

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the free download. Just what I've been looking for!! Loved that you used pictures of 'real' literature to illustrate the standards.

Have a great year!

S. Gordon

Thanks so much for these! They are great and help to visualize the standard for me and the kids. I was thinking about how to organize them and have the right ones ready to grab. We were thinking of putting them in page protectors (front to back) and in a 3 ring binder. Then we could flip it open to the one we need and it could stand on the table. Another idea is to hang up the ones for the week on a cute ribbon in the area where you teach so kids can see and the teacher can refer to them. We are unsure of how it will go, but hoping it will be effective. I'm a new follower! Thanks again!

ReplyDeleteTawnya

thanks Tawnya - I am displaying my standard posters in a page protector posted next to my "Learning Targets" sign near my small group. I also have an area near my whole group time where I have just those I use during whole group. In addition, I place 2 (one for math & one for reading) in each center for reference for the students... thanks for visiting:):)

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for all the great freebies- they are much appreciated!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the awesome posters. Where can I find the kindergarten math "I Can" posters? I tried locating them on your blog but I can't seem to find them. My e-mail is amull08@gmail.com.

ReplyDeleteAmanda

Hi! I couldn't find the free version, but it said it was free on this page. Is it still free? If so, can I please be emailed this and also the math ones too. If not free, please let me know how much they are.

ReplyDeleteThanks,

Kelli smilesandsmileys@gmail.com

Are these still available? I only see where it is $18? It says free in the post though.
